Made from the finest grade high impact plastic, Easy Valley incorporates unique super seals to create a high performance rainwater trough that will perform even at a low pitch.

Fixed over the battens and easily secured with clout nails, Easy Valley will even allow for dormer valleys. Quickly installed and incredibly low maintenance, the slate tiles cannot slip when fixed over the Easy Valley. This is a highly effective and reliable part of a dry fix roofing system.

Unfortunately we are unable to process orders to any European or worldwide destinations.

How quickly will my order arrive?

Our aim is to dispatch all orders placed before 12 noon  on the same day. Any orders placed after that time will be dispatched on the next available working day.

We will send you a notification email when your order has been dispatched. The time your order takes to arrive will depend on the delivery option you choose.

While we always try our best to dispatch every order following the above guidelines, during extremely busy periods dispatch times may increase by up to one day.

How can I track the status of my order?

You will receive an email to confirm we have received your order and that your payment has been accepted. You will also receive an email when your order has been dispatched.

In your dispatch confirmation email we will include any relevant tracking numbers, allowing you to track your parcel on the [ DPD/Royal Mail/UK Mail ] website. You will only receive a tracking number if you have chosen a tracked delivery option for your order.

What days will my order be delivered on?

Our couriers deliver between 07.00 and 18.00 Monday to Friday.

Will I need to sign for my order?

If you have chosen the ‘signed for’ delivery option, you will have to sign for your parcel upon receipt.

Special delivery instructions

If you have any special instructions for delivery, such as leaving your parcel with a neighbour, please include them in the ‘special instructions’ section at the checkout. Please note that our couriers will not respond to notes left on doors for security reasons.

If we cannot deliver your order within the specified time period we will make every attempt to contact you and provide an expected delivery time. If this delivery time is not suitable, you can cancel your order and we will provide a full refund.

How carefully is my order packaged?

We take great care in packaging your order using the necessary materials according to its weight, size and how fragile it is.

What do I do if my order arrives damaged?

If any item you receive from us arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible or within 24 hours of your delivery on 01392 920520  or by email at We will then advise you on the best course of action. In most cases we will ask you to return the item to us for an exchange or refund.

In most cases we will refund the cost of posting the item back to us.

Please do not return a damaged order to us without contacting us first.

Returns Policy

We are happy to accept returns, if they are returned within 14 days of being received, and providing item has not been used or opened and is in original condition.

An email MUST be sent before returning your item, a note must be enclosed with the returned item, stating the reason for the return and the name under which the item was purchased. 

Faulty Items

All products are individually inspected before being dispatched, to ensure items are sent out in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that your item is faulty, please return it to us within 7 days of receipt in its original condition. Upon inspection, we will be happy to replace or repair where possible, or refund you in full if the item is found to be faulty.
