Description

These artificial grass interlocking rubber tiles from Castle Composites are a great alternative to normal rubber tiles. The astro turf style covering can let you create great outdoor balcony spaces far cosier and fun that a standard covering, but still offer all the noise resistance and quality of a standard rubber promenade tile.

Composition: Recycled Rubber Granulate bound using poly urethane binding agent with artificial grass top.

Density: 800kg/m3

Fire Resistance: EFL to EN 13501

Smoke Resistance: S2

Size Tolerance: Width 2%, Thickness 5%

Guarantee: 3 Years for wear resistance, provided the product is used for roof terraces or balconies. The guarantee does not apply to colour.

Insulation Value: Rd 0,15 EN13165, U 3,13 EN6946

Water Permeability: 250mm Per Hour EN12616

Maintenance: Artificial grass top will need to be swept up on occasion to maintain the pile height. Frequency of this process will depend on the amount of foot traffic the tiles receive.

Deliveries are made on the basis the customer can accept the goods, or willingness to off load the goods, or having means of mechanical offload, this also applies to heavier items such as pallets etc. All deliveries are made ‘kerbside’ and often it can be at the discretion of the driver. A large majority of deliveries would be made on a large rigid tail-lift vehicle and off loaded via a pallet truck and only on to flat surfaces such as tarmac, concrete and pavers. If you do have restricted access, please contact us prior to placing your order. We will always try to accommodate your needs. If a delivery fails due to access, we reserve the right to make a re-delivery charge. All delivery charges are calculated when checking out. The delivery charges included are for the Mainland UK only and do not apply to the Scottish Highlands, or Isles off the Mainland.     This is the price per tile, you would need to use 4 tiles per m2.

  • Can the grass tiles be cut to size?

    Yes! The tiles can be easily cut on site using a craft knife or fine toothed saw.
