Willowcrete Supply Terms & Product Information

• All copings and pier caps are manufactured specifically to order and are therefore non-returnable and non-refundable unless defect. Customers must ensure they are ordering the correct products, dimensions, colour and quantities prior to completing their purchase.

• No responsibility can be accepted for alleged damage, defects, or quality concerns once products have been installed. Any issues or imperfections must be photographed individually prior to installation and whilst the products remain on the pallet. We must also be notified of the total quantity of affected products as soon as possible, and in any event within 3 working days of delivery.

• To assist in preserving the appearance and long-term durability of the products, particularly coloured concrete products exposed to external weather conditions, we strongly recommend the application of a suitable concrete sealer, strictly in accordance with the concrete sealer manufacturer’s instructions.

  • Any pre cast concrete products like this may have a white discoloration known as efflorescence. This is not a product fault and will disappear over time in natural weathering.
  • Any deliveries should be unpacked ASAP to avoid the stones becoming stained by being left in packaging.

The Willowcrete single weathered coping stone is designed to give walls effective protection while creating a clean, professional finish. Manufactured in the UK by Willowcrete, each coping is precision moulded from durable concrete for reliable strength and a consistent appearance. The single weathered profile features a gentle slope that encourages rainwater to run off in one direction, helping to protect the wall face and prevent water ingress over time.

Integrated drip grooves are formed into the underside to guide rainwater away from the masonry below, reducing staining and prolonging the life of the structure. Slightly tapered edges ensure a smooth finish and help maintain uniformity across installations. This practical design makes it ideal for use on boundary walls, parapets, and other exposed masonry where controlled water runoff is important.

Please note:

140mm single-weathered copings are supplied without drip grooves, as there is insufficient overhang.

Deliveries are made on the basis the customer can accept the goods, or willingness to off load the goods, or having means of mechanical offload, this also applies to heavier items such as pallets etc. All deliveries are made ‘kerbside’ and often it can be at the discretion of the driver. A large majority of deliveries would be made on a large rigid tail-lift vehicle and off loaded via a pallet truck and only on to flat surfaces such as tarmac, concrete and pavers.

If you do have restricted access, please contact us prior to placing your order. We will always try to accommodate your needs. If a delivery fails due to access, we reserve the right to make a re-delivery charge.

All delivery charges are calculated when checking out. The delivery charges included are for the Mainland UK only and do not apply to the Scottish Highlands, or Isles off the Mainland. Due to the nature of our business model, this can mean your order will be sent via multiple deliveries.

Whilst we will make every effort to deliver your goods within the stated/requested time frame, we cannot guarantee availability from the manufacturer or the manufacturer's delivery schedules, so we would recommend the end user not to start/schedule any work until the goods arrive. Due to logistics of various couriers and suppliers we are unable to give times of deliveries. However, please call or email us on the day of the delivery and we will try to get an approximate time. Deliveries can take place from as earlier as 07:30 right up to 18:00 depending on the courier/haulier and taking into account local traffic etc.

You have 14 days from receiving your item(s) to return them should you wish to do so. Please contact us should you wish to arrange a refund/return. Any product marked cut to size, bespoke or made to order are non returnable and excluded from our refund policy.
