The Manthorpe Horizontal Cavity Tray is designed for straight horizontal abutments in new build applications. It effectively channels water away from the cavity, preventing moisture ingress into the building structure. Featuring integral stop ends and a hook feature, this tray eliminates the need for overlapping, ensuring a total effective length of 900mm.

Constructed from durable polypropylene, the tray is made to withstand weather exposure and installation pressures. It includes front mortar clips that facilitate easy removal once the mortar has set, leaving a 25mm deep aperture for secure lead insertion. For compliance with current NHBC standards, two Manthorpe Weep Vents or Manthorpe Diamond Weep Vents should be installed at 450mm intervals to facilitate efficient drainage.

Ensure your building's longevity and structural integrity with the Manthorpe Horizontal Cavity Tray, a reliable choice for effective water management and protection against moisture-related issues.
